FAQ's

We’ve put together a library of our customers’ most frequently asked question for you.  If you don’t see the answer you’re looking for, simply send us an email to info@hannashandiworks.com or call one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives at (800) 899-7009.  We are here to answer your calls Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

  • How do I register?
    • Click on Account Login then on Register under the ‘New Customer’ tab.  Once you have filled out the form click Register and within 24 hours you will receive a response back confirming your online account including user ID and password.

 

  • Why do I need to register?
    • We have undertaken a number of initiatives to make our web site and the information on it more secure.  This is important as we are a wholesale company and sell only to approved retailers.

     

  • I’m already a customer, why do I need to register?
    • As previously mentioned we’ve been working hard to make our web site a more secure shopping environment for our customers.  This allows us to keep our customer information better secured over the internet and also allows us to give access only to valid retail companies.

 

  • What should I do if I forget my password?
    • Call us at (800) 899-7009 and one of the Customer Service Representatives will assist you.

 

  • How does my order ship?
    • Our primary means of shipping is UPS.

     

  • How do I place my order?

o       There are a couple of ways to order.

·        Call us at (800) 899-7009 and place the order over the phone.

·        Order online by using the Online Store button at the top of this page.  After selecting Online Store go to Account Login and enter your ID and password.  Once you have logged on you can click on different departments and browse, selecting the products you like and adding them to your cart.

  • How does the Wish List work?

o       This is simply a place for you to store product you are interested in buying at a later date.  You can go to your wish list and add those items to your shopping cart at any time.  We are currently still working on the Wish List so as you add products they will automatically drop off your List.  We hope to have this fixed soon!

  • Why can’t I view your product online?

o       Since we are a wholesale company we can only sell to valid retailers/ businesses.  Once you have registered and been issued an ID and password you will be able to access our products.

 

  • I’m concerned with companies selling my information to marketing firms, etc.  Will Hanna’s sell or solicit any information about me?

    • We guarantee our customer we won’t sell or solicit their information, email addresses or products purchased to other companies.  We do not participate in any type of soliciting.
