  1. Contest: December 2018 Found It On Video! Contest by Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC (herein also referred to as “E-Newsletter Promotion” or simply “Promotion”), opens at 11:59am CST Dec. 27th, 2018 and closes at 11:59pm CST Dec. 31st, 2018 OR ends when the first correct submission is received via Email to info@hannashandiworks.com. If no correct submission is received by 11:59pm CST on 12/31/18, the Contest will close and no Prize will be awarded.
  2. Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Contest is Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC, 350 NW Space Center Drive, Lee’s Summit, MO 64064, (800) 899-7009, info@hannashandiworks.com. By participating in this Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and Regulations, as well as the decisions and directives of the Contest Sponsor, as it pertains to this Promotion, which shall be final and binding in all respects and regards. Sponsor is responsible for the collection and processing of Contest Entries and the overall administration of Contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to this Contest and the Contest Sponsor may be reached via EMAIL ONLY at info@hannahandiworks.com during this Contest Period.
  3. Eligibility: This Contest is open to legal residents and legal wholesale customers of Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC who are currently subscribed to our Wholesale E-Newsletter and both reside in and are located within the Contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older before the start of this Contest Period. Sponsor and their respective parents, children, domestic partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Contest or win Contest Prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, taxes and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  4. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances or odds of winning. Some skill, time and an internet connection including but not limited to use of a web browser and email client is required to enter this Contest. This Contest is based on accuracy and speed. All eligible Entrants must provide a complete and full submission for Entry into this Contest via EMAIL ONLY during the Contest Period. Only one submission per Entrant allowed. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Email Entry must be made by the Entrant themselves and not anyone acting as an agent or representative for the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial Contest subscription notification and/or entering services, will void all Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant will be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any Prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth herein. All Entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  5. Prize: One Grand Prize: 1 (one) Winner will receive 1 (one) Free Shipping on their First 2019 Wholesale Order placed with Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC (aka Contest Sponsor). Only one Prize per Entrant per household/business will be awarded. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, combined or otherwise substituted or negotiated by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute Prize of Approximate Equal Value (or AEV) based on the Winner’s 2018 Average Shipping Charge(s) if the Prize described in these Official Rules and Regulations is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason on behalf of the Sponsor. The AEV of Prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination and that determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the Prize turns out to be less than the determined AEV, the difference will not be awarded in cash, credit or other goods. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any Prize awarded in any form, presented herewithin or not. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply as outlined in adherence to the Contest Official Rules and Regulations and the Sponsors Standard Sales Policy in full. Sponsor will not replace any lost, stolen or damaged items/orders, nor refund any shipping costs incurred due to damages and/or lost/stolen items/orders under this Contest, other than in compliance with Hanna’s Handiworks Standard Sales Policy including Return/Claim Policies and as determined by the Sponsor. Additionally, Winning Entrant may not Cancel their First 2019 Wholesale Order placed with Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC on which they are awarded this Contest Prize of Free Shipping. This Contest is open to legal residents and legal wholesale customers of Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC who are current subscribers to our Wholesale E-Newsletter and both reside in and are located within the Contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older before the start of this Contest Period. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Failure to comply with any these Official Rules and Regulations will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
  6. Winner Selection: The Winner of this Contest will be determined by the Sponsor at their sole discretion in accordance with the Contest Rules and Regulations outlined herein and must include a fully completed and correct Email Entry/Submission to this Contest with the Received Entry/Incoming Email Timestamp being the determining factor in Winner selection by the Sponsor. Any Entry into or communication regarding this Contest is fully bound in part and in whole to the Official Rules and Regulations herein.  The Winner will be contacted no later than January  4th, 2019, upon Promotion end and review by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of complete and correct Entries received and Received Entry/Incoming Email Timestamp of correct submissions. If two correct Entries are received with the exact same Incoming Email Timestamp as submitted to the Sponsor at info@hannashandiworks.com, the Sponsor will determine and select the final Winner by vote. All results will be final and binding and cannot be appealed.
  7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via Email from Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC to the Email address used in the submission of their Winning Entry. Winner must confirm acceptance of their Prize via Reply/Response to Official Email Notification within 72 business hours M-F of Winning Email Notification being sent from Sponsor. Prizes not accepted and/or claimed in Reply/Response to valid Winning Email Notification by 4pm CST Jan. 9th, 2019 risk being forfeited in full. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive any Email Notification(s) of any kind for any reason whatsoever, either in regards to the announcement of this Contest or in the receiving of/or response to Winning Email Notification of this Contest, including inactive, unattended or unmonitored Email account(s), any and all technical or personal difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any web-based or email-client based E-Newsletter and Email account(s) used to send or receive information regarding this Contest. Any Winning Email Notification left unanswered, un-replied to and/or otherwise unaccepted by 4pm CST Jan. 9th, 2019 will result in Prize forfeiture; including but not limited to any reason the Winning Email Notification is returned, bounced or noted as otherwise undeliverable or unreadable, will also result in Prize forfeiture. The potential Prize Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \”the Prize Claim Documents\”). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
  8. Privacy: Any personal information supplied digitally by Entrant(s) through E-Newsletter subscription, Email communication or interpersonally through other communication with Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor which is posted at https://www.hannashandiworks.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share/use your name/business name and any information contained therein, including but not limited to Entrant first and last name(s), business name, email address, physical location, and all any and other information identifying you, your account, or your likeness, for the purpose of administration and Prize fulfillment of this Contest, including use in a publicly available Winner and Participant(s) list on Sponsor’s website, Sponsor’s Email or E-Newsletter communications, Sponsor’s other social media account(s) including but not limited to all digital media platforms and/or social media presence(s) including internal and external database servers.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Contest; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communication lines failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Contest; (d) inaccessibility of Contest, including readability, download or submission of any materials related to the Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation to infection by computer virus or malware, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in its entirety or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all Prize awards; but Sponsor reserves the sole right to award any remaining Prize (up to the total AEV as set forth and calculable in these Official Rules and Regulations) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with this Contest, or availability of any network, media or wireless service, the Internet, online databases, digital platforms, social media, Sponsor website or any combination thereof including Email; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to Entrants’ or any other person’s computer, tablet or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest in any form.
  10. Winner List/Official Rules: To obtain a copy of the Winner List or a copy of these Official Rules and Regulations, you must send your handwritten request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Hanna’s Handiworks, LLC, Attn: December 2018 Home for the Holidays Contest, 350 NW Space Center Drive, Lee’s Summit, MO 64064. Requests for the names of the Winners and Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations must be received no later than Jan. 18th, 2019, approximately two weeks after the Promotion Period has ended.
