We are open for business while the city completes a much-needed road improvement project. As of mid-October 2023, Lee’s Summit Road SOUTH of Space Center Summit is closed, meaning you’ll have to use an alternate route if you normally drive to visit us from the south. Please note, I-470 is still open and you can take it to Exit 14 for NE Lakewood Blvd/Bowlin Rd; from NE Lakewood Blvd look for NE Anderson Dr and turn right (N) onto NE Anderson Dr and follow it until it T’s into Lee’s Summit Rd; at Lee’s Summit Rd, turn left (S) to the entrance of Space Center Summit and follow the road up into the cave and signs to Hanna’s Handiworks.
