There are 4 statuses our products can have: (1) In Stock, (2) Out of Stock, (3) In Stock Pre-Order, and (4) Out of Stock Pre-Order.

In order to sell items on our wholesale site, an item’s inventory must exist under one of two main statuses, either In Stock or Out of Stock. But because we allow our customers to pre-book merchandise before it arrives in our warehouse, we also add a distinctive Pre-Order tag, or sub-status, to an affected item’s product page, indicating that item has not arrived in our warehouse yet.

Even if a Pre-Order item has not arrived in-warehouse, it has to have an “In Stock” status to be active and allow you to pre-book it online. You may even see Pre-Order tags on products whose main status is “Out of Stock.” This means enough customers have pre-booked, or pre-ordered, every piece we have arriving and we have sold out of that item, even though it has not arrived in our warehouse as of yet.

Eventually, all sold-out items are removed from our website as they are no longer active and available to sell. If you have further questions, please give our Customer Care Team a call M-F, 8am-4:30pm Central Time, excluding major holidays, at 1 (800) 899-7009.
